1. Acceptance
OrgBase is provided by 9532-9926 Québec inc. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. The data
OrgBase compiles information about sport organizations in the countries covered from public sources such as audited financial statements, annual reports, organization websites and government open data. OrgBase uses artificial intelligence (AI) to assist with data gathering, in addition to expert advice.
Financial rows marked "Verified" were checked against a published financial statement. Rows marked "Estimate", and other modelled or template content, are not official data and should not be cited as such.
We work to keep the data accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. Check important figures against the original source before relying on them. OrgBase is not financial, legal or investment advice, and is not affiliated with any sport organization or with Sport Canada.
3. Accounts
Keep your sign-in details confidential. An account is for one person, except where your plan includes named seats. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Trials and subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, as you choose when you subscribe. A monthly plan renews automatically every month and a yearly plan every year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing page or in your PayPal account; access continues to the end of the period already paid and you are not charged again.
- Online payments are processed by PayPal. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), are shown on the subscription page, and applicable taxes may be added. If a price changes, the new price applies to new subscriptions; we will tell you before any change applies to yours.
- If a renewal payment fails, PayPal tries again; if it still cannot be collected, access is paused until the payment is made or the plan is cancelled.
- Enterprise plans are arranged with OrgBase directly, billed yearly by invoice, on the terms set out in the invoice or agreement.
- Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires.
- The 7-day trial is free, limited in what it shows, and ends automatically.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the data for your own internal work, including reports and presentations, if you credit "OrgBase" as the source. You may not:
- copy the database in bulk, scrape it, or resell or republish it;
- share your account or sign-in details;
- try to bypass access limits or security measures, or disrupt the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Ownership
The compilation, design and software of OrgBase belong to us. The underlying facts and documents belong to their original publishers.
7. Limits of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on the data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes and ending
We may update these terms or the service and will post changes on this page. You may stop using OrgBase at any time.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Questions: info@org-base.org.
